I'm in Argentina!!!

Hola mi familia y mis amigos,

Greetings from the land south!!! So how are things at home?  Things are going here.  Yes, they are going.  Everything is different than I thought--the culture, the language, the food; everything is harder than I could have imagined. My feet hurt from walking so many miles a day. But I love it!  Sometimes I cry because it´s so hard, but then I feel better and get back to work.  When I am working I love it. My companion is Hermana Morales.  She is from Mexico and is a very good missionary.  I have more time in the mission field than she does, but I am a baby in Argentina. I know I am getting better at Spanish because Sister Morales speaks no English, but she still understands me even though she says I speak like a little child. But it's cool; I have to start somewhere.

I'm so glad I got to travel here with my good friends from the MTC. President and Sister Carter are awesome.  Sister Carter said that we are her longest visa waiters ever.  I have so much to learn and not a lot of time to do it. If I worry too much about the language, it makes me sick because I want to be a good missionary and need to learn Spanish!  I've spent most of my mission so far speaking English, but I'm looking forward to making this time in Argentina the best 10 months of my life.

That's all I've got, mom. This week I'm just overwhelmed. I'm just going to take it one day at a time. I need to run because I have an interview.

xoxo,
Hermana Chloe

Travel morning.  Saying goodbye the the SLC Mission!

So excited to see Sister Bangerter at the airport.  We were worried that she wasn't coming with us :)
